The worst experience we have ever had. Our room was not ready when we arrived (upon booking they were aware that we were there to attend a wedding). The AC was leaking water on the floor, there were bugs all over, the pillows did not initially have cases on. When asking to cancel the spa treatment the day before they refused to refund our money.
I have NEVER experienced such poor service from a bank. After phoning Customer Service from the UAE to change the method of receiving OTP's, the consultant tells me I can't receive OTP's other than via sms so I will have to switch on my roaming. How is this practical? The previous consultant told me I can receive OTP's via email, now suddenly I can't. The next lady I talk to tells me that I should find someone who is in SA who I trust, then change the number linked to my OTP verifications to their number and then everytime I do a transaction, I should ask that person for the OTP. ABSA, how is this professional? And then I ask if she can advise on how to transfer all my business to a different bank, she drops the line. What a poor representation of the staff, quality of training of staff and service provided to customers.
I have been trying to cancel my Beame account for the past 2 years. No response or replies after numerous calls and emails. I never agreed or signed a contract to renew my subscription with them, still they deduct a fee monthly. When I asked for proof that I renewed my contract they were unable to provide this (or just chose to ignore all my emails and requests). I will discourage anyone to make use of this company!
