I ordered parts from a dealer, CHP SPARES, Previously operating as CHEAPER SPARES who is registered at a website, LOOKING FOR SPARES who has 200+ dealers on a list, connecting buyers and sellers. LOOKING FOR SPARES sent my information to CHP SPARES (on their list CHEAPER SPARES, who changed their name in the meantime to CHP SPARES without their knowledge) CHP SPARES contacted me and I asked the owner of the business, Tshilidzitshawe Blesing Munyai if they have the spares, a headlight and a front bumper which he confirmed. I asked him to send me pictures but he refused, said it was new parts and he can't open the box for the headlight before I paid in the money, which I did. He then claimed he made a mistake with the headlight, but sent me a picture of the bumper which he quoted me @ R1700. The next day he told me they made a mistake and the bumpers's price is R3500 but he will give it to me for R2500, which I refused and he paid me back R1700. Then the runaround with the headlight started. They said they ordered it, but after 3 weeks I didn't get any useful feedback and I contacted LOOKING FOR SPARES via email who assured me they didn't have any previous problems with Blesing. I then gave him more time but he didn't deliver. I then asked him to refund my money (the third time) and he said he has to wait for his dealer to refund him before he can refund me.. He paid R700 into my account two weeks ago, but keep on making promises to refund the balance of R1700. LOOKING FOR SPARES send him an email, requiring if he settled the account, if not to contact them urgently. I went online to Hellopeter and there is a lot of negative reviews from clients that only received back half of the money they paid into his account, others received nothing back, he blocked them on whatsapp. I have emails which was sent to LOOKING FOR SPARES, as well as whatsapp messages with CHP SPARES as proof of my ordeal with the Supplier. He only paid back half of the amount I paid into his account, still owing me R1700.. He blocked me on whatsapp.. I'm also contacting SARS as I'm suspecting his new business has not been registered with them.. His whatsapp numbers are : 0832999910 (CHP SPARES and 0810362534 (CHEAPER SPARES) as per his profile on FB and his Cell no. Is 0671458040 His email address could either be cheaperspares@gmail.com OR cheaperspares1@gmail.com He is lying about his business location being 49 Kruis street cnr Kruis street and Albertina Sisulu Johannesburg.. There are several reviews from unsatisfied customers on his former business, CHEAPER SPARES on your platform, but I suppose things got to hot for him hence the name change to CHP SPARES.. I'm also going to contact FCHP to report this *****ster.. They will deal with him if not SARS.. I'm sick of people *****ing my hard earned money..
I reviewed this Contractor previously in July 2024 and want to add to my review.. AHJ MAINTENANCE CONTRACTORS replaced our Plasterboard ceilings with PVC ceilings around April 2024.. They didn't remove the old ceiling boards, claiming that the new ceilings would be stronger if they were left untouched.. Then in July 2024 they came a second time around to replace two burst pipes, still leaving the old (now wet) ceiling board underneath the new ceilings in place .. we asked them specifically if this wasn't going to cause problems in the future, as a lot of water was streaming through the new ceilings, leaving the old ceiling soggy, to which they answered NO, it wouldn't be a problem as the old ceiling would dry out .. In the beginning of November 2024 the ceiling has dropped in one place, water trickeling on the floor underneath .. we then contacted them and told them what the problem was and sent them a picture of said problem and they promised to follow up as soon as they finished the job they were busy doing .. In the meantime half of the ceiling in the kitchen area as well as the ceiling in the hallway collapsed and I contacted them again.. They then claimed that there is a problem with our roof and the wind that's blowing through is the cause of the problem as it creates a pocket and causes the ceilings to collapse.. Our insurance sent out an independant Contractor who told me it has nothing to do with the wind or our roof, but plain bad craftmenship.. Needless to say we haven't heard from AHJ MAINTENANCE CONTRACTORS ever since leaving us with open space which we could not fix on our own as we haven't got the funds to hire another Contractor to fix the problem .. The reason we hired AHJ MAINTENANCE in the first place, was to support a new upcoming business, to my greatest regret..
At last! Someone that could help me at Telkom after 8 months of frustration and sometimes spilled tears .. Sibusiso Gasa, I explained to you once what the problem was with my account and you sorted it out with a lot of patience and understanding where my frustration comes from .. I was with Telkom for three years without any major problems and the staff was always friendly and helpful .. Then I switched to fibre and that's where the problem occured .. The Openserve Technician who installed my fibre couldn't connect my fibre service with my new Username and password and used my old Username and password .. At the time I didn't think much about it until they disconnected my service and sent me my bill .. That's when the nightmare started because they never closed the ASDL account and charged me for both lines .. Throughout the whole process the staff stayed friendly but my overall experience was that no one in the accounts department could permanently sort out the problem until Sibusiso Gaza answered one of my numerous calls and everything fell into place, at last! A huge weight lifted from my shoulders .. I will keep on using Telkom ..
On 13/1/21 I switched from ASDL to fibre. The Openserve Technician couldn't connect my account on the new username and password they sent a few days before the fibre installation and instead of calling them to activate the new fibre account, he connected my fibre account on the old Username and password of the ASDL account. They never closed the ASDL account despite requests from my side to do so. They only closed my ASDL account in June after numerious calls and a lot of frustration and still charges me for an account that I didn't use anymore. Ever since, for seven months until now, they suspend my account every month which forces me to call them again and put in a dispute for the amount, AGAIN until the next month, and it starts all over again. It costs me R100+ to call Telkom each time, as I don't have a Telkom line and calls from my cellphone. My fibre account is up to date, still Telkom suspends my account and I am without internet and have to call them AGAIN. I really don't know what to do anymore as it seems there is NOT ONE competent person in the accounts department that can sort out my account.
