I have an ongoing issue with them from February 2025. I have once again tried to contact their help line via email. With NO RESPONSE AS USUAL. UNABLE TO REACH THEM TELEPHONICALLY AS WELL. I WON A PRIZE AND STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE IT. I. MARCH WHEN I REVIEWED THEM ON HELLOPETER THEY VERY QUICKLY CALLED ME TO "RESOLVE" THE MATTER. TO NO SURPRISE I'M STILL WAITING AND IT'S NOW APRIL. THEY CAME UP WITH SOME RIDICULOUS EXCUSE AS TO SAY THYE HAVE TO WAIT FOR AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE THE PRIZE. WHICH EVERYONE WILL KNOW THAT WHEN YOU WIN A PRIZE THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ALL THERE DUCKS I A ROW. SO BASICALLY I SAYING THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ******. THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING TO KEEP PATRONS PUNTING WITH THEM. DON'T PUNT WITH HOLLYWOOD BETS... THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE!!!!!
Hollywood has rep**** to the review I posted about there disgusting service, yet 3 days have passed and still no response or resolutions. They consider there patrons to be nobody's. DON'T ENTER ANY OF THERE COMPETITIONS, IT'S A BIG CON. THEY DON'T HONOR IT.
I received a call from the marketing team at Hollywood bets saying that I'm a prize winner. More than a month has passed by and I haven't received the prize. I've emailed them and called in. Till today no one had the courtesy to contact me regarding this matter. I am totally disgusted with there service.
Mweb has the worst customer service. You can never get a hold of them whether it's telephonically or via the live chat. You wait endlessly when you phone in and it takes a good few minutes to verify your acc thereafter waiting with no answer at all. Horrible service

We saw a property for rent by the owner on this website. It was advertised for R8500, but upon contacting the owner via email only (option), we were sent an application form to complete and the rental amount for that unit was R10000. After completing and forwarding necessary documents, we were given a. Positive answer of approval. The catch was that we had to pay the deposit and Admin fee before viewing the property and was told that if we did like it we would get a refund. THE SO CALLED AGENT IS GODWIN M TADIWA AND HIS APPLICATION SHOWS A COMPANY CALLED " ROOF MANAGEMENT PROPERTIES".

I booked a ticket for my son for the 16/8/2021 to return to Cape Town. When he was assisted at the desk he was told that the flight is full and he's on standby. How is this possible. They should have indicated when purchasing a ticket that they are sold out. But that was not the case. The assistant at the check-in counter said that's how Safair works. This is unexpectable. Safair is greedy is they accept purchases more that the aircraft can handle. They eventually found a seat a placed him on that flight. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IF A TICKET IS BOOKED FOR THAT FLIGHT. She then said that if there is no seat he will have to book another ticket for the next flight and he'd get R1000 back for his current flight. The ticket costed R2586, and the were only going to refund R1000. It not state anywhere that this is their policy that for every ticket you book should be treated as a standby. DISGUSTED..... MANGO PLS COME BACK WE HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL.
