I had Air Mobile Monthly package which i cancelled at the beginning of July. I have called over 10 times, gone into the Afrihost offices in Rivonia and spoken to MTN to release my number from Afrihost to go back to a prepaid sim with MTN. I am able to add Airtime but no data to the sim. I have used the banking app & the Ussd and have had no luck. They can’t give me a straight answer to why I can’t add data. I was told by Afrihost the package has been reactivated and data has been added and debited off my account. I called back to say the package was cancelled and i wanted a refund and after a fight i received the refund. The package was then cancelled again. I have tried to do a sim swap and the same issue happens I still can’t add data to the sim. I keep getting shoved around by their customer service and management teams at Afrihost. Their service is pathetic and the management are unwilling to solve my issue and give me resolution.
