Great service from Reabetsoe at One Plan Pet Insurance
Reabetsoe Letsatsi helped me with a tricky claim for my dog. She followed up and kept me informed at all times. Great friendly service from Reabetsoe!

Great event at Riverside Castle
I recently had the opportunity to attend two events at Riverside Castle - the one using Summer Kitchen and the other one in the Piazza. The food was outstanding and the attention to detail from Nicolette was exceptional. They have a new chef and I am hoping that I get another opportunity soon to visit Riverside Castle. The ambience of the place is something to behold. You forget that you are close to Pretoria.

Unbelievable! Stay away! I signed up with them to do my accounting for my small business. I was then asked to redo their website, which I did. I also did a new website for the wife. And then the payment nightmare started... They lost a big client and I had to wait for payment. I then reduced my payment - nothing! I gave them a payment holiday (stupid me...). One small payment late last year and that is it. No replies to WA or emails. Do not entrust your accounting to these people!

Stay away from Prosper Digital RMB!
Prosper Digital RMB is the new name of the same business by Marchant Thirion - previously called MT Enterprises. It is the same trick to get money out of people - I, unfortunately, fell for that scheme and had no eCommerce site to show for the money I spent. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from them! I have unsubscribed a few times and still I receive their spam emails.

Ecommerce can be great, but NOT with these people...
The worst business decision I have ever taken was to ask MT Enterprises to build a dropstore for me! I paid them on 1 March 2022, and to date, I have not received anything useful. Many promises have been made by the CEO, Marchant Tirion, and none have materialised. The normal timeframe in which a store is built is 3 to 4 days. With the 1st attempt, they loaded the wrong supplier. I wanted a local supplier because of shipping and delivery times - they loaded AliExpress. On the second attempt, the design was amateurish, to say the least. Photos were not showing and the text for the descriptions bled into the pages. Some of the copy was also terrible. Staff kept changing (wonder why...) and nothing was completed. The Dropstore dropped the ball and the products could not be loaded. No assistance was offered by any of the two companies as to what to do and how this was supposed to work. I managed to air my grievances during a virtual meeting, and then nothing... Ghosting of note! 👻 They have my money, and I have nothing. I am wondering if this is their way of working, or if there are other people out there who have been done in like this. This is unethical business practice, and they should not be allowed to get away with this.

Pet insurance
I took out pet insurance with OnePlan after a unsatisfactory experience with one of their competitors. Cebile Ngubeni had all the information I needed...and a whole lot more...? she was very helpful and friendly. Great experience so far.
