Sign that document at your own peril. Its like a gym or cell phone contract. You'll never get out of it, unless you beat them at their own game. Cancel that contract as soon as you renew it. They will hound you and threaten legal action. I suggest you let them.....!!!!

Connectivity Issues
I've been a client for the past 2 years with no major problems. However, their connectivity has become unstable lately.....sometimes completely off in the evening. Frustrating as there's no support after hours !!!!
