Excellent Technician, Disappointing Company Ethics
I contacted LockPro Locksmith to assist with retrieving a key from my vehicle. The technician himself was extremely helpful, efficient, and provided great service on-site. Unfortunately, my experience with the company as a whole was very disappointing due to the misleading pricing communicated by the telephonic operator. I was clearly quoted R1400.00 for the service. However, after the work was completed, I was unexpectedly charged an additional call-out fee as well as VAT on top of the quoted amount. At no point during the call was I informed that there would be extra charges added. I have a voice recording available as proof that these costs were never disclosed. I find this type of pricing practice ********* and misleading. While I appreciate the technician’s professionalism, I cannot recommend a company that creates false expectations and fails to communicate costs transparently.

Utterly Disappointed with Rain’s Service and Support
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Rain. I requested a package change almost two months ago, yet to this day, nothing has been done. It’s as if my request was completely ignored. Their support system is obsolete and utterly futile — trying to get assistance feels like shouting into the void. One honestly has to wonder if there is any real customer service team behind their platform at all. After giving Rain ample time and patience, I’ve reached my limit. The complete lack of support and disinterest in retaining me as a client has made me seriously consider moving to another provider. Rain, it’s unacceptable for a modern service provider to operate this way.

Karabo was excellent in providing me with quick and prompt assistance, and even provided me with a courtesy call afterwards
