Poor Service at Rochester Furniture in Klerksdorp
This Furniture shop is continuously robbing people their money.They delivered incomplete and torn couches to us and they promised an exchange.up to today they have not.We called their customer care and contacted their Head Office.Every time we cantact them,they issue reference no.and they say they are ascalating the matter.Mt worry is we are the only ones making contact.We have awnd numerous e mails ,no response.

Robbing bussiness by Rochester Furniture.
What a bad experience buying at Rochester Klerksdorp in Matlosana Mall.We purchased lounge couches as laybye on 29 MAY 2021,then finished paying on 22 July 2021 .we also paid for transport. Incomplete and torn sofas were delivered on 23 July 2021.We immediately Contact Vincent through WhatsApp. We were promised an exchange since it it reported within 7 days.To this day we are taken pillar to post.We only get to know waht may happen when we call the shop or customer care.I sent emails which were never responded to.No delivery.no contacts,no exchange.
