Refund
I settled one of my accounts with Beares in April, however I was still debited in April and again in May. Till this day I'm still waiting for my refund, I don't want to reverse the money as it affects my profile negatively. Communication is very poor from their side.

Haven't received my product
I ordered a bag from a honey agent in April, to date I haven't received it because of an apperent backlog at their head office. I hate that I paid alot of money for something but there's nothing to show for it.
