<div>My son bought a Jvc Smart tv LT50n7105 @ Gem/fairs Schweizer-Reneke on credit in 2020/17/08 the tv started turning on but stucked on Jvc logo, we then took the tv back and it was repaired after a long run around by the manager, 4/5 days after the tv showed double pictures we again took it back it was on the 08/08/21 On 2022/02/20 we decided to settle the outstanding amount of R4018.71 at approximately 15:59:02 and I was given the receipt(8171) by the manager . During the second week of February 2022 after the tv was fully settled the tv started again showing double pictures I then phoned the store telling them about the problem , the manager said she will send someone to come and check it, indeed the person came and said he will give the report to the manager, after a day me and my son took the tv back to the store for repair. I then went to check on the progress of the tv , I was told the managers was on sick leave, surprisingly the tv was still on the ground in the shop n according to the store they repair in Vryburg 62x2km to and back to Schweizer. No clarity no feed back about the progress o the tv. Now I feel the store delays deliberately because my son's account is fully paid. I even contacted Speak Out on SABC2 to report this matter. I just need to send them supporting documents being a customer contract, monthly payment including the settlement receipt . The contract started on 17/08/2020 first installment was on 01/09/2020 till 01/08/2022 but I personally settled the account on 20/01/2022 . I was helped by the store manager. We now feel that the tv must be exchanged because it goes back for the3rd time</div>

Hello i have purchased a smart tv at Gem Schweizer Reneke , last year August, this year it does not show a picture i took it back as it is still under guarantee, to my suprice when asking the store manager about how long must i maybe wait for a tv to be fixed she said she does not know because she has take the Tv to Vryburg 62×2 km from Schweizer-Reneke She mentioned that she still have to wait for other items that need to be taken to Vryburg as she cannot take one tv to Vryburg, then what if other customers items are not broken or need to be brought back to vryburg, and am still paying for that tv.
