So I’ve bought groceries on the 19 th June , I’ve just check my bank account and they have taken my money twice on the 20 th and 21 ste of June same amount that I’ve spend on the 19 th , ime tired of this **** service if the teller does put your stuff on twice they ***** your money I want my money refund back and then make sure your staff get warnings , I don’t have slip but my bank don’t lie. Get this sorted Tarina

So thank you Meesha for declining my problem again…. this will be my last review of this terrible bank cause u showed me fraudsters now matter how they sole your card and how they get your pin you will not be refunding our money ….. well done on supporting fraudsters on their way of life , stealing from your clients …. This bank just don’t give a damn about their clients , your money can get stolen out of your account and they have no care … so I really don’t appreciate them at all , no response, no refunds… blame on your slow respond … well done Capitec
So on the 23 th of august my money got stolen out of my account , took me awhile to notice cause I thought my card was stuck in atm so when I got to spar I’ve seen it and stop the card so when got home did all I have to from my side and then phoned them to tell them … Monday got there report it with case number so then I’ve waited after 10 days got an call to tell me it’s been declined and they not refunding my money …. Telling me I’ve stop the card to late and must never allow anyone near my at atm ….. this is the worst excuse I’ve ever received and poor service it’s not right and worst bank ever!!!! Standing in front there OWN atm and they can see it’s not me but still declining my refund is terrible !!!!!
