Absolutely poor service, I bought a Ford Ranger 2018 model on the 31st January 2023,from the beginning there were problems and they were terrible at sorting out the problem. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle by Brits Nissan, they are very friendly when you want a vehicle but their after sale service is terrifyingly poor. After about 4 weeks in total that my vehicle was in for them to fix the problem I'm frustrated as my vehicle is still not fixed after the long period. The manager is not communicating properly with a solution to the problem, and dont expect anything better from the owner himself. After a week that I'm waiting for a response and still have heard nothing from them. I need to contact them out of my own for them to do their jobs. No respect for their customers!!!
