Worst service provided. Regret ever buying a car from them few months after purchase radiator not working and it took more than a month to fix it within 6 months later it started leaking took it back to them was told that new engine has been put in and it took more than 2 months when I asked them to take it back the said I will take it back but for amount way less a year later it's leaking again didn't have the energy to take it back cos I will be given all kinds of stories

I am beyond frustrated with the poor service and lack of communication from Nissan South Africa. My vehicle (VIN: ADNUSN1D5U0220476 | Reg: LD89NBGP) has been booked at Nissan Brits since August 2024 for repairs, and to date, the dealership keeps saying that the required parts are still unavailable. This delay has now dragged on for over 9 months, with no resolution or explanation. I contacted Nissan South Africa a month ago, and they took down my details, promised to call back — and never did. I have also copied two of their consultants, sebastianc@nissan.co.za and zininzin@nissan.co.za, in my recent communication, but I’ve received no response from either of them. I honestly don’t even know if they still work there. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’ve tried every avenue I can think of, yet there is no urgency or assistance from Nissan. I am now left with a vehicle that has been sitting for months without any clear timeline or solution. Nissan, please take this seriously and provide urgent feedback.

My mom got five start treatment from the start. She purchased a Nissan Magnite, se was assisted by Sandra Potgieter, and what a lovely helpful person. She went above and beyond to assist my mom all the way, always with a smile and patience. She is a true asset to the business. Annalize was also pleasant and patient and just so polite. Well-done and thank you for just making this such a ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL experience for my mom! I really appreciate it so much! You both deserve a big christmas bonus!

My mom got five start treatment from the start. She purchased a Nissan Magnite, se was assisted by Sandra Potgieter, and what a lovely helpful person. My mother took her car for service at Nissan Brits. On day three, post-service maintenance, the vehicle started to arouse a funny noise. She then decided to take back her car to the dealership. On her way she heard a "bang" sound and immediately stopped the car. After all the inspection it turned out the old oil had not been drained and replaced with clean oil which also coursed the conrod to shutter. If it were altered, it would appear polished rather than gloomy. However, the Nissan Brits claimed to have poured new oil. Extremely outrageous falsehoods! This company refuses to fix my mom's car and also told us to go to the Ombudsman.

I brought in my Sons GWM to Nissan Haval two and a half weeks ago for a clutch repair. After many phone calls, it was stated that we have to wait 4 days for the parts as GWM spares centre do not accept collection from the agents. This is rediculous. On Friday i went to collect the vehicle and it was stated that the clutch slave cylinder needs replacement. I enquired if they cannot repair it, upon which they remarked that they could not. I insisted that they send it to a repair centre in Brits, but i was told that the person who did that is no longer at the firm. I then requested that they make a special arrangement as I ned to get my sons vehicel back as he is a student and neds to travel to Pretoria. From Monday until today, I have been phoning and requesting answers, but there is no urgency. I even offered to connect the Mechanic with a reputable firm that specializes in the hydraulic systems. I got no joy from that either. At this point the person that I was dealing with, has now not answering my calls and I was transferred to a person who is in another department, but says he is a qualified Mechanic and will look at it tomorrow. I will not recommend any person to send their vehicle to that company for repairs.

Absolutely poor service, I bought a Ford Ranger 2018 model on the 31st January 2023,from the beginning there were problems and they were terrible at sorting out the problem. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle by Brits Nissan, they are very friendly when you want a vehicle but their after sale service is terrifyingly poor. After about 4 weeks in total that my vehicle was in for them to fix the problem I'm frustrated as my vehicle is still not fixed after the long period. The manager is not communicating properly with a solution to the problem, and dont expect anything better from the owner himself. After a week that I'm waiting for a response and still have heard nothing from them. I need to contact them out of my own for them to do their jobs. No respect for their customers!!!

Bought a POLO from Nissan, It was a Trade inn for a Discount price. They Told me the Turbo was replaced and Not the Motor. Motor Ceased! Engine number on Block and Disc/Natis not the same. Turned Out they **** to us about engine replacement they did. Engine number on the Block doesn't even look Original. Looks like the Skipped Police Clearance and the whole legal process!! They don't want to Refund Us!! Nissan doesn't want to refund us for car.
