I brought in my Sons GWM to Nissan Haval two and a half weeks ago for a clutch repair. After many phone calls, it was stated that we have to wait 4 days for the parts as GWM spares centre do not accept collection from the agents. This is rediculous. On Friday i went to collect the vehicle and it was stated that the clutch slave cylinder needs replacement. I enquired if they cannot repair it, upon which they remarked that they could not. I insisted that they send it to a repair centre in Brits, but i was told that the person who did that is no longer at the firm. I then requested that they make a special arrangement as I ned to get my sons vehicel back as he is a student and neds to travel to Pretoria. From Monday until today, I have been phoning and requesting answers, but there is no urgency. I even offered to connect the Mechanic with a reputable firm that specializes in the hydraulic systems. I got no joy from that either. At this point the person that I was dealing with, has now not answering my calls and I was transferred to a person who is in another department, but says he is a qualified Mechanic and will look at it tomorrow. I will not recommend any person to send their vehicle to that company for repairs.
