I ordered OHS Training materials, paid upfront but materials were incorrect had other company names and branding. Raised issue with the Consultant who still could fix the materials cos clearly their materials developers didn't know whet they were doing. I demanded a refund but their manager refused and offered to fix the materials... yet same issue for 3rd time! Now their cellphones are off and won't respond to my mails! Shame on You Jeanine and your team!
