Not very professional.
Hi, we had a meeting setup at my office, an 1 hour before was canceled by their director as she did not feel safe meeting me, how degrading. Why agree to the meeting in the first place. The director showed very little professionalism to a repeat client.

A scam of a service
Empty promises. No regard for customer service. Incorrect submissions. Non-responsive. Expensive service. I wouldn't advise anyone in the world to ever consider using them. It's been a year and I am still waiting.

SETA Material Developer Sham
I ordered OHS Training materials, paid upfront but materials were incorrect had other company names and branding. Raised issue with the Consultant who still could fix the materials cos clearly their materials developers didn't know whet they were doing. I demanded a refund but their manager refused and offered to fix the materials... yet same issue for 3rd time! Now their cellphones are off and won't respond to my mails! Shame on You Jeanine and your team!

Dishonest Company with ZERO service
This company offers SETA Accreditation services. They promise the world and do not deliver. They are not the cheapest in the market but must be the worst service provider. I lodged my accreditation with them and got them to create my material. I did not create my own material under the owner's guidance as she told medoing it myself would take too long. They were supposed to deliver the material in May, we are now in December and they still have not delivered. The owner makes broken promise after broken promise and then fobs you off to a staff member who will do the same. They are totally unprofessional and you should avoid using them at all costs. The process of getting a business accredited may be challenging but not as challenging as using a service provider who is unprofessional and dishonest. They say they have been doing this for years by=ut if so wha=y do they not have material available and need developer after developer to redo material if they are using professionals. BE WARNED STAY CLEAR!
