I have been trying to migrate my line from Cool Ideas to Afrihost since the 1st of July. All Afrihost does is say the line is not released by Cool Ideas, I have sent reference numbers and proof from Cool Ideas to Afrihost with no success. I have asked Afrihost to contact someone at Vumatel development to look into this matter as advised by Cool Ideas, still no success. Afrihost and Vumatel can someone resolve or is it best to take my business elsewhere??
This has to be the worst company in the country to deal with, I thought Telkom was a mess they surpass Telkom by a million miles. No person in a senior position will take a call or assist you. I have a fibre line with them and it goes down every day, several times a day. When I call I get told to reboot, which I usually do before I call. Then it's switch routers, switch black box, change the channel, for months and months I have been fighting. Be warned to stay away from this company. When I first signed up they were great now they are useless.
This company offers SETA Accreditation services. They promise the world and do not deliver. They are not the cheapest in the market but must be the worst service provider. I lodged my accreditation with them and got them to create my material. I did not create my own material under the owner's guidance as she told medoing it myself would take too long. They were supposed to deliver the material in May, we are now in December and they still have not delivered. The owner makes broken promise after broken promise and then fobs you off to a staff member who will do the same. They are totally unprofessional and you should avoid using them at all costs. The process of getting a business accredited may be challenging but not as challenging as using a service provider who is unprofessional and dishonest. They say they have been doing this for years by=ut if so wha=y do they not have material available and need developer after developer to redo material if they are using professionals. BE WARNED STAY CLEAR!

I got charged double on my DSTV account this month, when I called I was told I had signed a new contract. When I stated I had not they could not tell me who or where it was signed after waiting online for close to 30 minutes I was told the query had been escalated to the manager and they would call me back in mx 48 hours. Needless to say 4 days later and still not feedback I have now been on the phone waiting for the consultant to come back to me 30 minutes listening to music at no stage has the consulatant asked me would I like to continue to hold. This hasd to be the worst service ever. I have been contenplating cancelling DSTV now that I have Netflix.... easy decison now. Good luck Multichoice, I am afraid bad service will be your downfall.
