Parkridge New development Agents Misleading the Clients
JT group development in Pomona-Kempton park , Parkridge.When we first made contact with the agent early last year( 2023) there was not S-type show house to view but a double story house, we told Sibongile (realtor agent) that we are interested in the property but a single story house ( which they call them S-type), we expressed our interest but a on a single story house and we asked her if the look & feel of the show house ( double story) will be the same as what we need ( i,e the room sizes, the finishes , kitchen and the yard space ) and she mentioned that Yes with confident that everything will be same but few thing like interior designs, paint might not the same and that we will be advised by the professionals ( Liezl) and that we can choose any of our own desired designed. When we first made contact with Liezl, everything that Sibongile told us was false, we are now expected to pay about R64K+ ( see below) to get the kitchen to be installed, apparently S-type house don’t come with certain cupboards, of which we were never told by Sibongile, the bathroom vanity is considered as extra and therefore we must pay them out of our pockets because they don’t come standard with the S-type,AGAIN we were never told this and never showed what an S-type comes with. We told Sibongile that we are currently staying in a small townhouse were our two small children don’t have space to play, that it’s very important that we have a green space and also that we needed to have an open patio that we can cover/build our self later and she told us that we will have ample of space in the back to do all that, everything that was sold to us is FALSE.

A totally dishonest company
This company offers SETA Accreditation services. They promise the world and do not deliver. They are not the cheapest in the market but must be the worst service provider. I lodged my accreditation with them and got them to create my material. I did not create my own material under the owner's guidance as she told medoing it myself would take too long. They were supposed to deliver the material in May, we are now in December and they still have not delivered. The owner makes broken promise after broken promise and then fobs you off to a staff member who will do the same. They are totally unprofessional and you should avoid using them at all costs. The process of getting a business accredited may be challenging but not as challenging as using a service provider who is unprofessional and dishonest. They say they have been doing this for years by=ut if so wha=y do they not have material available and need developer after developer to redo material if they are using professionals. BE WARNED STAY CLEAR!

problems with house
i bought a house from these people last year in Novemeber, first it was to have tiles and cupboards, and then later they cnahged their minds, other people who bought at the same time as me, got tiles and cupboard, but Liezl decided it wouldnt be done for me because its not contracted, funny, i was only sent a copy of the contract, it could have been changed... <br> now i moved in and all i get is nothing but problems, geyser leaks every month, and it doesnt look like the geyser people knwo what they are doing, if they did, surely this would have been resolved by now, i refuse to believe that there is a geyser that just keep leaking for no reason.<br> lights breaking, bathroom taps pulling out from the wall, bathroom sink, toilet and kitchen sink all leaking, one minute i have a geyser switch on the db box and then next that switch works on a stove and not the geyser wat nonsense is that, i'm fed up with these peopl, buyign that house was the biggest mistake i ever made. and to top it all up, i have to constantly take time off from work in order for these things to get fixed. how long will this take? who is paying my salary? and no one seems to care about all that and the furniture damag

problems with house
