My account was blocked without any explanation and i called the useless call centre and they told me to go for u branch. I did. And I was assured that it was sorted. Since last week Saturday I could only login to my app not internet. I tried and eventually my account was locked. I can't even acces it on the app too. And I still have to go to the branch. Why must I keep being inconvenienced when get r messing up my account. And do u poeple think petrol to go to the stupi branch is free? You for useless people at that branch too, they could help so where must I go to get help? Parliament? NX. This is really annoying me. I pay for the banking that doesn't work for me. It's not like you are doing me a favour man. How many time must I go to thes ebranches for help from your useless staff members who won't do anything for me still..
I returned an order 2 weeks ago. And I didn't receive any feedback from spree indicating that it was received. I sent a mail last week informing them that it was picked up but I haven't received any feedback. I got no response. I sent a second mail the following day and still no response. After my third mail only then did I get a reply from a Leroy saying the return was received and a refund will be processed, I will get a mail once it's done. I still haven't received that mail and no refund as yet. And I'm sick and tired of swnding maiks to people begging can to give me my money back. And the most annoying thing is that they do not bother telling me why it's taking so long.
<p>I had a parcel sent to me from pinetown. It arrived at springs on 14 June.I've been there twice already and found this guy with an extremely bad attitude and diarespectful. He keeps turning me away telling me it's not there. I called the call centre for the third time. And they confirmed it's here. I called pinetown and was told it's there. But no this guy alone can't find it. First I sent a parcel, so rudely he told me I must complete sum slip and then said I didn't tell u to put your id number. I was like you just have me this thing and said I must complete how was i supposed to know what to leave out. Then he told me i must stop using my cellphone there. There isnt even a sign against the use of cellphone. And he could have put it nicely. But no doesn't know the meaning. This morning again tells me it I were here before I remember you, the parcel is not here. I think the side has issues. And truth is I have no business with him. All I want is my parcel in peace. He must learn to do what he gets paid to do because now I'm getting very irritated. I'm wasting petrol and time runnig around for him to play his stupid games. Post office doesn't pay for my petrol. I've taken his nonsense twice in a row. And decided to waste my airtime again calling the post office with takes forever to answer. And I keep beingbtokd the same thing it's there it arrived on 14 June ask to see the parcel letter bill for that day. Why should I ask for that when I can just n given my parcel... nx.</p>
I'mquite dissapointed with pick n pay springsgate. I bought red velvelt cupcakes about 30 minutes ago, n Iate one n realised it was off so Ichecked the second one, same story. I looked at the expiry date, they expired on the 18th. N today is the 20th. That'sjust horrible. I gues that'sthe price one pays for trusting ur grocer that they won'tfeed you rottend food. a claim for my mother was submitted 5 months ago, and we have had no response as to how far is it, we were told it takes 2 months to process, now I'm told its with legal, has been for over 3 weeks now, and no one knows why or for how long, the department was contacted last week, and there has been no response or feedback from them.
submitted a death claim 5 months ago, every time I call to follow up, I'm told its with payment and I must follow up the next week, last I was told it would take 3 months for payment to be don't, its been 3 weeks and nothing has happened.
I have 3 debit orders a month for one account, they are for my unit trust account, have been taking place for 3 months now, and I'm tired of it. in December I was told I set them up, but how does one set up 3 debit orders on internet banking? for the past 2 months I've been cancelling any debit orders but it's not happening.<br> <br> They go through on the 18th, 24th and 25th. All for R200. I hate this because I've been querying it and no one has done anything about it, <br> I guess ABSA is just enjoying messing with my account.<br> Well it is an inconvenience because I end up with rejected debit orders for things that really matter, first it was my bond, and then my car. I complained last week, and still no response, now it gets better, while they are busy investigating their mess, they cause another mess. I cant use my credit card, because it tells me account is overline, whatever that means. its just nonsense. nx! I WANT A RESPONSE NOW. NOT N INVESTIGATION, NOT AN APOLOGY, I WANT ANSWERS!
I applied for a course on time last year, up until now I have received no response. all I got was a link to check my application, but it always says \awaiting decision\", I have sent emails - mail box always full. called, no answer. and I understand closing date for registration is end of Jan, so is Unisa waiting to respond after closing date? when I can not do anything about it? is it really hard to just tell me whether I'm accepted or not?"
I'm really tired of this bank. Can a bank ever be more stressful? Every week Ihave debit orders Idont know about. Last week there were two rejected, today another one of 600. What are they for? I'm getting worried, one day I'llwake up and will have no money because this bank just does as they please with my money. In december Ihad issues and someone called and told me nonsense. Nx! I want an explanation and this rubbish has to end. I'msick of this.
