The following incompetent parties failed to pay back our wedding permit bond after requesting a bank confirmation letter, which had been provided to them via email on the 10th of March for a wedding held in Sodwana Bay on the 26th of February. No response was received from the so-called people in charge nearly two months later: bhekimabika@isimangaliso.com, thandolwethu@isimangaliso.com, bukhosini@isimangaliso.com, info@isimangaliso.com - how difficult can it be?
Pathetic service. Ordered two separate items, customer service too incompetent to calculate total shipping cost to destination - glad I haven't paid for it yet. Will not continue with order. It's taken weeks to receive a response via email.
