Exceptional service
This is best place to buy paint. Excellent customer service by all at the bowling rd/south rd store every time I go,as well as poker own store. Have policy of beating any price on paint. Further they offer free delivery even if it's just 1 20 litre run. All I now to is call in and they do COD. What a great deal.

Unauthorised debit for insurance/payment protectio
When I went to pay my Edgars account at Sandton this past week I was shocked to learn that as from Nov 2014 I am being charged a fee for premium protection based on outstanding balance. I never asked for this nor did I request this. The customer service dept says it is compulsory or I must produce a copy of my own Insurance life policy. This is unacceptable
