Great customer service from Shaves Pinetown
Recently visited Shaves Pinetown to buy paint for my bedroom. Really got great service from a young gentleman named Samkelo. Assisted me with the choice of colour and even though after applying the paint I wasn't happy with the colour, he was ever so happy to help with tweaking the colour to my satisfactory. Great customer service

Great customer service from Shaves Pinetown
Recently visited Shaves Pinetown to buy paint for my bedroom. Really got great service from a young gentleman named Samkelo. stella service
team went out of their way to help us and always had paint ready when we called it in. They also did free delivery for us, so welcome when renovating as everyone charges delivery fees and it all adds up. Thanks especially to Innocent for his stella service. Really excellent service and advice.

Low prices, excellent service and speedy delivery
I contacted Shave Paints in Sandton on Saturday morning about a paint colour that they had made up for me 4 years ago. Despite 4 years having past and that the store had moved from Boksburg where they were situated at the time, the record was still available on their system. They not only quoted me a lower price than my local hardware store to mix up the paint (which the local hardware could not do in exactly the same shade), they also offered to deliver it to me in Boksburg at no extra charge. The paint was delivered to my house on Monday morning! (I would have been happy if they had combined it with other deliveries in my area to reduce their costs, even if it meant a few day's wait for me). Shave Paint's prices are excellent and with incredible service like this, I am not going to be buying paint elsewhere again!

Exceptional service
This is best place to buy paint. Excellent customer service by all at the bowling rd/south rd store every time I go,as well as poker own store. Have policy of beating any price on paint. Further they offer free delivery even if it's just 1 20 litre run. All I now to is call in and they do COD. What a great deal.

DONT CARE ATTITUDE
Went in store to purchse paint, got to the counter to pay. Used my debit card to pay, first try declined, tried again, declined, sales person mentioned there are having a problem with the machine, so I paid cash. I left the store with my goods. An hour later my bank sends me and sms stating the amount went through. I called the store to explain, and was given a hard time, asked for the manage, explained to her, She said she will get back to me. Waited 1 day, the second day no response. Called in on day 3, she was busy, left a message, she was supposed to call me back, no reply. Called back after 2 days again, manager was busy, left a message, she was supposed to call me back. No response. Terrible service, will not support them again. Staff at Shaves pinetown are pathetic. No go zone.
