Thank you Capitec Cresta for assisting me in the excellent work in getting a debit order stopped for Africa Mobile after me realising this company is just collecting money from people and don't deliver. No debit order went through as the consultant even phone Africa Mobile to make sure the contract is cancelled as I have tried on different occasion to cancel with no luck. I have tried now on several ways to cancel this contract before I am debited on the 25th I have phoned emailed and whatsapp and no one is getting back to me at all. When you phone you hold on for a very long time and the the phone is put down in your ear. This people must be a ****. Don't sign up with them at all.
WOW WOW WOW what a great team working for Crazy Plastics in Norwood they are helpful from the door right through to the back of the shop. Don't worry to look for something the helpful staff members is always willing to help you. This is a new Branch but I am totally amaze with the excellent service I received. I am very disgust with Hammond Pole Attorneys that is handling my FNB account. I have been paying them for over a year on time every month. Last month I have ask what my outstanding balance was VIA whatsapp line. It was confirmed that its R73.00 the next day 28/07/2021 I paid the balance but accidently add a 0 to the amount so the total was R730.00 instead of R73.00 I have immediately contacted them to notify them of the mistake I made, I have send them the proof of payment my bank details via email as per Amanda Jansen. I followed up last week spoke to Pieter Bronkhorst, Amanda's supervisor he told me Amanda will phone me back. Up to today no one phoned me. I phoned again today and Amanda told me she cannot do anything as the money was already paid over to FNB and FNB must refund me. I did not pay FNB directly, I paid Hammond Pole Attorneys they knew from the beginning I have paid more than what I was suppose to pay and they the once that received my money so why in this world would they have paid my money over to FNB. This just don't make any sense why they had to do that. And now no one can tell me when my money will be paid back to me as they only work electronic with FNB and cannot give me any contact details. This kind of service from a legal firm is shocking. Regards Ansie Du Plessis
