Terrible service. I applied for an upgrade back in May 2016. They couldn't provide me with a phone for 6 weeks. I contacted them and cancelled my contract. They continued to take debit orders off and finally decided to refund me. This was there last response: "Good day Noted , I do apologise for the inconvenience. I will prepare a credit as per below email confirmation. The credit will settle the amount in arrears on the account. Have a great evening. Regards NtsamaengS Customer Operations Team www.glocell.co.za" Yet I'm still being threatened by the NBA. No one at Glocell can answer me
