I'm not sure which is worse, getting new services or not. There's a tar road project on our street in zone 3 Seshego. The people constantly cut off power cables and disappear without fixing the problems. I called the municipality to alert them that I hadn't had power the whole day (this was on the 27th of Feb) and I was told they don't offer emergency services anymore and the problem would be fixed in the morning. The following morning (28/02/2024) I called in again and I was told they would come before 16h00 and if they had not come by then I should call and alert them, which I did and I was told that the electrician had knocked off and would come tomorrow morning. When I explained that this would mean 2 full days without electricity and that my food would spoil I was told to go to the mayor and strike. I've been sleeping out of the house these 2 nights because we also have water struggles and I can't make use of the pressure because... electricity. There is no accountability, empathy and compassion at all. I wish I could say this is the first time I've been disappointed by the municipality but that would be an absolute lie honestly 🙄🤦♀️
Prompt and efficient service. Always satisfied with my buys. Keep it up
I bought a product online on the 4th of November 2021, I received an email from the retailer on the 09th of the same month and apparently the product was out of stock. I was then advised that my refund would be processed after 5-10 working days. After a lifetime of back and forth, 4 months later I still haven't received my refund.
Got a call on the 12th of August at 17:53 and the gentleman asked for clarity on the directions which I provided, he then told me he’s dropping something off at Seshego Zone 5, fast forward to the 14th of August I’m still waiting for him to come back from zone 5.
