Nedbank Poor Service
I have been a loyal customer of Nedbank for the last 30 years and expect some amount of service from Nedbank after asking for assitance in a scam. Thinking that this is the bank that looks after my money, from home loan to car loan to many more accounts. Yet after at least 20 emails to everyone i could find I logged assistance when i was scammed when buying a puppy by two account holders of other banks. To this date 2 months later I have not received any proper feedback as to what was the process that was follow to assist in getting my money back and the outcome from the varioius banks. The lack of proper response was appauling. Then a Nedbank consultant phoned and dare to tell me I have no reason for being upset regarding the feedback that was given. So if this is the type of service and assistance I can expect from Nedbank after being loyal for 30 years, then i would rather take my account to a bank that cares about there people and take the time to communitate to their customers.

Scam, scam, scam!!!!!!! do not buy a pet from this breeder, once you paid the puppy in assistance with Peter Bull - apparently Head of Animal Express Clearance, (Star Port Express) they want money to transport the pet - in the end I paid R63700, they refuse to give me the puppy unless I pay more money. They are all part of a scam getting money from you!!!!!!!!!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM stay away from this company selling pets. R63700 later with all the transport cost, puppy paid for, I still don't have the puppy or my money back after it was guaranteed that I will be refunded. DO NOT - DO NOT BUY A PUPPY THROUGH THIS CO, WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. This company sell puppies, all the way from CT. They make it sound like it is easy, buy and pay for a puppy and it gets delivered to anywhere in SA. Once you have made payment you can't get hold of them, then there is extra charges public liability, pet insurance - i am out of pocket R60700 and don't; have the puppy yet. Now i am trying to get the puppy because once it goes to a shelter you get charged, not the seller. They are not responding or helping or anything. I feel sick to my stomach with all the stress, and still do not have a puppy.
