Highly professional customer service
I bought a flask in March 2023 that became faulty a month or so ago. After simply asking about the lifespan of the flasks, and confirming that it hadn't been bumped or dropped, they simply offered to replace it for me, complete with the engraving. I never asked for a replacement, and am highly impressed.

Excellent Customer Service
Due to shipping constraints, they didn't have the item that I ordered in stock. I was promptly informed by Mahdi, the operations manager, who assisted me to get the refund done. Even though I was told that the process could take up to 5 days, the money was back in my account within a day. Excellent and professional support; highly appreciated!
