Frozen accounts
FNB decided to freeze my accounts because THEY wanted an update proof of residence. NO messages, NO phones calls, NO emails requesting the details. So now I have to phone them. Have you ever tried calling a bank. What a JOKE. After several phones calls (my end NOT THEIRS) and several emails the lady answering the phones says that the email address (email address they requested) you have to send the information is FULL. LOL joke right. So I had to send the details again (several times) to another email address. So FNB can decide to hold me ransom on MY MONEY because they feel like they can or want to or pfffttt just check if he still stays there ROFL. I have NO bad record, my debit orders are on time, NO bad record of paying back debt

What a bunch of thief's, They ask insane pricing for examination (R6500) and that is just to tell what is wrong. Then they hit you with a CRAZY amount to treat you. How can a medical industry use peoples pain to make pay so much just to life a normal live. It is honestly not right. I will NOT recommend them. Crooks and thief's.
