Some six months ago, I bought a router and data package from Webafrica. After installing the router, I tried to connect my phone to the Wifi. It kept on saying the password is invalid even though I followed Webafrica's instructions, and used the pin/password on the back of the router. I have spoken to numerous consultants and no one has been able to solve the problem. I have asked several times for them to collect the router and refund the subscription money. But they ignore me. In the mean time, I pay R499 per month for nothing. The worst is that there is no way of contacting them expect on their stupid, useless whatsapp chat. On this chat, you can only talk to *********** consultants. When they did bother to phone me back, they promise me the sun and the moon, but all I get is a black hole. At this stage, I am extremely angry and feel totally helpless. This is daylight *******!
I bought a router and data package from Webafrica. It was supposed to be plug and play. Three months later and still no internet. None of their agents are able to solve the problem. The only way to speak to anyone at Webafrica is via Whatsapp. It is impossible to get any help from them.
If you ever get the chance to do business with Russell Duvenhage from Navigate Underwriting Managers, think twice. My brother, who passed away from Covid, rented his property at 185 Riverglades Estate, Jukskei Park, Randburg. He and his agent George from Rebel Realtors gave us four days to vacate the property and refused to pay back the deposit.
If you are looking for a real estate agent NEVER EVER use George and Rebel Realtor. They are some of the biggest skelms, shysters, tsotsis in the business. Also, don't let him talk you into renting a place in Riverglades Estate in Jukskei Park, Randburg, Johannesburg. He and his owner friend Russell Duvenhage will take your last breath, not to mention your money.
