Horrible quality
This store and the management is utterly atrocious! I bought from their online store and received a rusted item. When I called to enquire for assistance they told me that they were sorry but that must if the ventilation needles in their store were rusted( yet they still sell them) and referred me to their manager/owner who made it a priority to ignore my emails. I would honestly not recommend anyone to this store.

Bad quality phone
TheIPhoneGuySA sold me a phone being well aware that the phone had problems. I sent the phone back for fixing after less than a month of having it with two concerns. The lady admitted to the phone being from a bad batch of phones yet still refused to assist with fixing the phone after their failed attempt at initially fixing it. Lutendo is extremely rude. I sadly got the bitter end of this transaction. I hope you receive better service and respect at that from this company. Utterly disappointed customer.
