I am a Woolworths VIP member with over R36,000 in spend and my rewards account reflects R0.00 cashback, 0 plays, and 1 voucher — a 10% discount on bulk vegetables. That is the sum total of my VIP rewards. I submitted a formal complaint over a week ago with zero response. When I followed up by phone, I was told to email the same address. No escalation, no acknowledgement, nothing. The Woolworths Rewards programme promises VIP members at least 24 vouchers, cashback, early promo access, and exclusive benefits. None of that is reflected on my account. I feel outright misled. R36,000 in loyalty deserves more than a vegetable voucher and a wall of silence.
I am extremely buoyant with the service that Valdomiro macome from fedex provided to me in a time of desperation. I called in at 1pm regarding a parcel I needed transported from a store in sea point , Durban to myself here in Johannesburg asap as my previous courier had disappointed me yet again. I definitely was not one of the calmest or understanding clients he had dealt with . He went a mile and beyond to make sure my parcel was collected and to my surprise it was collected within in an hour from the time i called in.The good service didn’t just end there. Valdemiro got into contact with me to reassure me and involved me in every part of the process in a very professional manner. The parcel arrived at 9:30 today and i am extremely delighted and content with the service I received from Valdo .He really is representing fedex on his back. This was my reference Q0006475521
