I have a contract with vodacom fiber,it's day 6today without network. Yesterday they told me that they waiting for Nokia to fix my fiber.Day 6 today without internet,and m forced to buy data
I've been out of internet since Saturday,today is Wednesday. I've been reporting this matter to Vodacom,they've only send someone to fixed it today coz I told them I will cancel my contract,technician came but my internet is still off.We are forced to buy data while we paying for internet everymonth.
I requested then made card payment,then the driver tells me hs sorry,hs in centurion not Montana. Bolt says they will refund me after 14day.so how will I request for another ride because that was my last money?
