Customer Focus not a Priority
When you hear MFC nedbank RUN ! Being a loyal customer from the start of my finance process i have been ripped off by the warranty claims dep. And even the finance dep. Whenever i call in i get transferred from one department to another. They dont know their duties at all. They waste your airtime and they never call back. No customer focus, no friendly service, they dont even care if you report them! I have not met so many staff members all ignorant. A team leader was suppose to call me back last week i am still waiting. I lost my job and i have no income at this point. They asked for proof to which i responded effectively on time. I was told that i am allowed for 6 months to freeze my account ****il i find employment). I said i only needed to 2 months thinking that i will be employed by month 3 however i still didnt manage to find employment. The consultant then advised me that i need to send motivational letter and confirmation of cover for insurance. I sent all paper work and stating the reason why i cannot make payments. I get advised that i have been declined for a further 2 months and i only get one chance to apply. I was lied to from the beginning !

Big promises and no profits made!
No stars at all ,this company along with their so call leaders (Michael) are professional con artist. Stay away !
