Supersonic F-LTE Uncapped product delivers - Please sort out call center
Thank you for Supersonic to sort out the problems. It was very frustrating to get the router. Call center was a mess, but they attended to the problem after my first review on hello peter. I must commend supersonic on their F-LTE product. I get 25mpbs download and upload on the uncapped package. We live on an Agricultural Holding and stable and fast internet is very scarce.

Supersonic poor service
Poor Service!!!! I ordered FLTE uncapped package on 4 August 2021. Received my router and sim on 19 August 2021. Then it does not connect to the internet. The call center is always busy. I am on hold at the contact center while I am typing this message, I am holding for 27 minutes already!!!!!!!!
