Please can someone reply on my emails sent on the progress on my ITAC permit that DHL requested in order to clear my package? DHL is only giving me 15 days to provide them with the ITAC permit otherwise my package gets sent to some government Warehouse and I have to pay a R5000 fine and ongoing storage fee. I sent my application through on the 14/03/2025 and still haven't received any feedback on if its been submitted or is it in progress and my 14 days are almost up!
