slow service butconsderate consultant
Your claims process takes very long. But received excellent service from Hlengiwe Nhlengetha. She listened to my grieviance, she went out of her way to sort it out without giving me the same excuses I was getting from previous consultants "because it's a formality". I really thank Hlengiwe for her excellent service

Bad results from treatment
I went to Men's clinic Johannesburg (Rivonia branch) needing help with my ***ual health. I got there and was given treatmentfor 3 weeks. I was told that results are guaranteed and if I'm not happy I should go back and they will help me. I still wasn't happy with the results. I was told that the treatment I would be given will give me permanent results and still my ***ual performance is low. I had already paid a large sum of money for the 1st treatment and when I went back I was told to fork out another large sum of money. The treatment there is bad and a fly by night business.
