Just want to give you guys a heads up - be warned that Rennies travel don't pay their accounts!! Yep rather shocking hey? Been phoning and emailing for payment since end of August - two months later and still no payment. When you call the call center ALL the accountants are either in a meeting and they "Will call you back" which NEVER happens. No-one knows who their supervisor is. They must be running a circus - although I am sure even a circus is more organized than them... I am surely going to think twice before excepting travelers booking through them...
Reading the previous reviews I have no high hopes that my issue will be solved any time soon??? I registered a claim on 9 July 2021 and still NO news on my car, NO communications. If I hadn't made the effort to phone twice a week, I would probably still been wondering about my car. This insurance company is a circus, what a joke!!!! No one can answer any of my questions as they only have junior staff on the line and if you ask them to speak to someone that might be able to answer your questions (get this) YOU have to phone back, not "can I get my manager to return your call" NO NO, you must call back and hold for a further10 minutes before you hear another incompetent person tell you they don't know... So fast to sign you up, take your money, but they don't deliver on any level of service or promise. Thank goodness this was not a road side assistance matter or else I am sure I would still be on side on side of the road... Come on SAU get your act together. Once this claim is over - I am moving my business to someone that wants my business. I will NEVER recommend you to anyone - EVER... So sad, you'd think going through these tough times service providers would up their stakes to make sure they keep clients - instead SAU is dropping the ball.
