The worst. I have been waiting for my order for over 4 weeks. They don't reply to emails or WhatsApp they ****med me of my money.
This company is ***** company, I ordered the Waterproof paint on the 28th of March and paid online, I still have not received my order and they are no longer responding to my emails after I requested a refund!
I have not had good service when it comes to the payment services and getting assistance. I have been double debited, I made a payment 3 days ago and they have not been able to pick up my payment. I am shocked at their service. I send emails to billing@supersonic.co.za notifying them of my bank changes, and also that I have made payment and as to why I was double debited. but I get no response on emails.
I received my internet modem 7 days ago and I have been struggling to connect. I have been calling since I received my modem and have been told that I am connect but my modem keeps showing the red light, i was told to take out my sim card, reinsert it, then I was told to restart by putting a pin in the back whole of the modem to restart. I did all of that and still it did not work. Only today after 3 agents on 3 different days asked me for my sim number i was only told today that I was given the incorrect sim card. I have paid for this service and it took me this long and still I have no connection as My son uses internet for school purposes.
