Poor Customer Service
I have still not gotten assistance. It has been a month and I am still waiting for a settlement and a refund for my car. I haven't had a vehicle for 11 day and I returned it on the 17 January 2026 due faulty and it opposed a risk as it was not road worthy.My kids are struggling to go to school as we travel in the same car and now I have put them in an uber . I pray every day that nothing bad happens to my kids. CAN MY ISSUE BE RESOLVED ASAP!!!!

Wedding Vanue (Mount Usambara)
I'm not happy with Mount Usambara ?. They refuse to refund my money back.I am still on 14-daycooling-offperiod, they sending me from pillar to post. When I call they don't answer , and Maritjie is telling me to speak to Philip and Philip is sending me to Maritjie. I have to use different phone numbers so that they can answer... They not saying anything about my refund.
