Ive bought furniture at decofurn and as they delivered my items, 1 of their item was damaged and logged complaint.. They confirmed to replace me after ive sent all documents they asked for including picture. But they blocked me and my wife on their facebook page to share our experience and is close to month now waiting for item. I cant even place my furniture since.. They always telling me they escalated matter to reginal manager but they waiting for feedback from them.. They promised me to replace but they not considering my query seriously... Staff being bored when you call in to get their manager..
Bad experience. I bought furniture at decofurn, n delivery once made last week Wednesday, when i open 1 of my items it was demage(cracked) and im sitting with other peace of my table, not connected. Ive logged query for return and they taking days to reply. As they told me it will be 2day.. Im not happy about their service.
My mother bought 2nd hand car @ benoni. After 2day, we saw oil leaks n aircorn not working. Which sales consultant did not declare any faults which by law they were suppose to.. After week we took it back and they even confirmed with other consultants. We left car and asked for refund. They told her about 7days process. We waited for more than a month plus.. I went the n spoken with owner of car dealer and they said, they are registered by they dont have any processes of refund and they dont have money to pay us back. They gave us another month to wait and promised to pay us.. If not ill open case and i need help with reporting FSP business with no process and act on regulations of car dealers...
