Terrible
Absolutely useless company run by a man called Simba who does not have a care once he’s got your money and makes a shoddy effort of a pool! I only had mine 1 1/2 ago and then all the pipes started leaking and it takes him weeks to come back and do anything then when he does he will only appear once every two weeks this has been going on for six months! They made a Complete mess of the side of my pool where they smashed all the tiles off to get to a pipe (his brother works for him) Which still leaked! He is very rude and arrogant and spends most of his time going around mending pools rather than making them! He claimed to have two teams working for him but then slipped up last week when he said it was just him! I’ve had nothing but trouble with this firm For two years, they even had to come out and re-fibreglass the pool as it was all peeling off and then when they chiselled into the tiles a piece shot off making a hole in the step which then was leaking which took him another two weeks to come out and mend that! He has no consideration for his customers and I would avoid all costs

Definitely not customer friendly!!!
We didn’t even get to go! I rang up at 2 pm last Saturday afternoon, and the guy who answered the phone laughed at me, I presumed because they did not have any tables for 6 pm that day! I asked him if we could book a table, and he just laughed again, and said no mam no mam! This is obviously not good customer service at all, as I know the place is quite popular, but to respond with such a hilarity I thought was very rude indeed. His wife, then messeged me to say I had rung the wrong number, so if I had, why did she message? They have now blocked me on social media! A shame because it is the only Greek restaurant in the area, although there are more local Greek theme nights appearing in the western Cape, so we will just go to one of those instead! In fact, I would rather pay to fly to Greece rather than ring there again.

Avoid at all costs!
AT SOMETHING ELS, ROOIELS, WESTERN CAPE , SOUTH AFRICA….. We went there for lunch today and it was absolutely disgusting! We had booked a table but they couldn’t even be bothered to show us to our table. He just tapped the window and said there- so we seated ourselves and the young waiter came over about 15 minutes later, and took our drinks order of which he got two wrong! we ordered two beef lasagnas, a Prego roll and a pizza, the lasagnas were inedible, stodgy, no beef to be seen whatsoever, and they were left! The pizza was sloppy, wet and disgusting. The Prego roll was more roll than steak, and no sauce! The waiter came back briefly and took the plates so I did not have chance to say anything, then my son popped to the toilet and came back and 20 minutes later, the waiter bought the bill and cleared the table, apart from my lasagne on my plate, which was hardly touched, and the other half was still in the original bowl! The best part of this meal was the side salads! he came back to collect the receipt for the bill and pulled my son’s phone to the top of the card machine and it beeped and he walked off and we never saw him again! No one came over to see if we were okay or if the food was okay And I was going to say something on the way out, but there was no one to be seen! We hung around by the reception for a minute, and no one appeared. This place has gone right downhill since it was the original something els, it does not fit in with the ambience of Rooiels at all with their big Gaudy, Italian colour flag bunting, it looks like an eyesore! We will definitely not be going there again would definitely not recommend it. The place is a disgrace !

Brilliant!!
Had a brilliant conversation with Bernadine Bence this morning, and my four-legged fur baby is now insured! She explained everything brilliantly, and I understood exactly what he was being covered for. thank you so much
