Avoid at all costs!
AT SOMETHING ELS, ROOIELS, WESTERN CAPE , SOUTH AFRICA….. We went there for lunch today and it was absolutely disgusting! We had booked a table but they couldn’t even be bothered to show us to our table. He just tapped the window and said there- so we seated ourselves and the young waiter came over about 15 minutes later, and took our drinks order of which he got two wrong! we ordered two beef lasagnas, a Prego roll and a pizza, the lasagnas were inedible, stodgy, no beef to be seen whatsoever, and they were left! The pizza was sloppy, wet and disgusting. The Prego roll was more roll than steak, and no sauce! The waiter came back briefly and took the plates so I did not have chance to say anything, then my son popped to the toilet and came back and 20 minutes later, the waiter bought the bill and cleared the table, apart from my lasagne on my plate, which was hardly touched, and the other half was still in the original bowl! The best part of this meal was the side salads! he came back to collect the receipt for the bill and pulled my son’s phone to the top of the card machine and it beeped and he walked off and we never saw him again! No one came over to see if we were okay or if the food was okay And I was going to say something on the way out, but there was no one to be seen! We hung around by the reception for a minute, and no one appeared. This place has gone right downhill since it was the original something els, it does not fit in with the ambience of Rooiels at all with their big Gaudy, Italian colour flag bunting, it looks like an eyesore! We will definitely not be going there again would definitely not recommend it. The place is a disgrace !

Objects for money not customers
Bella Italia in Vredehoek are an absolute unpleasant profit making scheme and treat people with the entertainer voucher like objects. They welcomed us and confirmed twice that they take the voucher but then while we about to receive our order their manager tells her waiters to tell us we have to order drinks and comes to tell us herself that if we have a voucher we have to order drinks. Another waiter then assures we dont have to. Then after paying they inform us they made a mistake they only take the app vouchers not the book voucher which is for seapoint. At the end we had to pay the full amount.<br> <br> The manager was highly unprofessional and rude and this experience has changed our mind about the entertainer after 2 years of purchase.
