I would like to inform you that your client, Bella Italia in Vredehoek are an absolute unpleasant profit making scheme and treat people with your voucher like objects. They welcomed us and confirmed twice that they take your voucher but then while we about to receive our order their manager tells her waiters to tell us we have to order drinks and comes to tell us herself that if we have a voucher we have to order drinks. Another waiter then assures we dont have to. Then after paying they inform us they made a mistake they only take the app vouchers not the book voucher which is for seapoint. At the end we had to pay the full amount.<br> <br> The manager was highly unprofessional and rude and this experience has changed our mind about the entertainer after 2 years of purchase.<br> <br>

Nature of complaint: started with delivery problems : technology&call centre say product has arrived- but cant deliver for an R8k purchase - drive all the way to their office in monteugue gardens to hear: 'your package has not arrived and we can't do anything about it' - unprofessional and no trained staff on technology and communication. Delayed time to deliver a crucial product for work purposes persisted.<br> Their staff credit us a voucher and we enquire about this with no response for weeks. My husband had to contact them several times to correct this with no feedback from their side- is this an error or a voucher for their mishap??<br> He has been dealing with this issue they made for months and their staffs problem solving abilities and management is embarrassing and a very poor representation on behalf of their own company. <br> Are you this broke [URL Removed] that you would spare your reputation to retrieve R4k??<br> The only reason I had contact with you was because Discovery insure uses you - they look very bad being associated with your standard.<br> Please keep your products&your money- you clearly need it more than we do!<br>
