To whom it may concern, Im writing in response to the poor and dismal including misleading information via your application which did not align with your third part supplier in Durban. (Stokers) Please can somebody contact me regarding this. I do not see the entertainer wrong in this situation but your supplier being wrong and mis-leading and abusing your product in this regard and im highly disappointed! Regards, Geoff

After visiting Bhandaris in Fish Hoek for a meal. I decided to try the entertainer app and take advantage of a deal. Upon mentioning this to the waiter, she checked with the management and he decided to not give us our deal as "the system was not setup by them". I find this reason unlikely, as why is this restaurant listed on the app in the first place then if we as patrons cannot use the benefit. Needless to say, I follow up with the Entertainer who would follow up and get back to me, but to date not an email any response from them.

Since logging a compliment with Entertainer regarding an incident with Rustica Restaurant in Pretoria i was informed they would get in touch with me.Few days later I contacted Entertainer again after they did not get in touch i explained the situation again.They again promised to get in touch when i contacted them last week Thursday.Said the matter has been escalated.Never reverted back to me.Rustica restaurant the same.The owner promised to revert back to me after investigation.Never did.Pathetic service from both parties.

After trying multiple methods of contacting The Entertainer, I finally managed to get hold of them (after at least a week) as their automated help bot with human assistance would time out without creating a ticket number. I managed to get them to cancel my purchase as the vouchers on the app was removed, BUT I have yet to receive my refund. I followed up on the same cancellation email (3 times) without any response to date. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Would definitely not recommend the product/service RE: Terrible customer support - trying to cancel purchase [ ref:_00Db0Hvp3._5000N26Frgd:ref ]

I was embarrassed when a restaurant advised us after the meal that they had withdrawn from the Entertainer. I took it up with the Entertainer, but only managed to communicate to a bot through their website. It was impossible to talk to a person. They assured me that they will investigate and revert. I received no further reply and had to raise it through the bot again a few weeks later which was very frustrating and I demanded my money back, but received the same standard reply that they will investigate. I’m extremely upset that they came up with this great idea, but rather use it to cheat people. I advise all I know against supporting them.

I received a promo advert to purchase the entertainer app for the new year 2020 for R295 - a promo they were running for a short period. I purchased the app, but when I wanted to use it recently my deals were locked. I contacted customer service and they informed me that I purchased the 2019 app however I have proof the "congratulated" on purchasing Entertainer 2020. They told me to purchase the app for 2020 at full price and they will refund me what I paid last year. I demand that I get my product for the new year at the price I paid as this is false advertising

I made a hotel booking via the Entertainer app. The money was taken immediately and I was told that the booking cancelled. After my initial concern was shared on hellopeter Ms Stacey Barham was in contact with me and apologize for the inconvenience. The latter advised that I will be refunded within 3-10 working days. It is now day 11 and no refund was done. I followed up with Ms Barham about the refund, however have had no update thus far.
