Excellent service received from Lucky Mashaba. I accept that things may go wrong from time to time, creating a small problem with my vitality points allocation, but he sorted the problem quickly and professionally.
I consider this fraud to debit my bank account without authority! Amount is R201, which were debited twice on one day! ABSA advised their contact details, but the telephone number doesn't exist. I simply don't understand why a bank could allow an unauthorised debit order from a party that can't even be contacted and where complaints of fraud exists since 2015 on this forum.
I was embarrassed when a restaurant advised us after the meal that they had withdrawn from the Entertainer. I took it up with the Entertainer, but only managed to communicate to a bot through their website. It was impossible to talk to a person. They assured me that they will investigate and revert. I received no further reply and had to raise it through the bot again a few weeks later which was very frustrating and I demanded my money back, but received the same standard reply that they will investigate. I’m extremely upset that they came up with this great idea, but rather use it to cheat people. I advise all I know against supporting them.
<p>Funds are being claimed for an account in another name to which no guarantee has has been signed. Numerous calls and e-mails brought no response, despite promises to respond. Attempts to resolve the matter has fallen on deaf ears. However, Lancet is continuing to march forward with harassment and legal threats to pay the account. This practise shows no willingness to resolve the matter, by ignoring attempts to make contact with them. I'm very disappointed with their tactics and creates a bad taste.</p>
