Worst customer support ever and terrible company to work with
Terrible experience don't buy from them at all. No customer service, and going against consumer protection act. Spoken to several support agents and never getting back to me. I purchased a matress online after contacting a sales person in the Bellville branch. I stay to far to be able to drive out and feel the matresses. I gave him all our info, weight, length etc. After we purchased the suggested queen size matress from them they delivered within a week. The first night we could not sleep at all. The matress is as hard as a brick we had such muscle pains and cramp the next day. I contacted The Matress warehouse the next morning, they did not have anyone that could help me and said I should try again the next day. After spending 3 days and more then 2 hours on my phone I got hold of a person from the Bellville branch. She told me that this is not their problem and that the matress is my problem now,there is no return policy and I am now stuck with a matress that cost me thousands of Rands. I contacted their head office again after speaking to the person from Bellville branch. They again said they will let someone phone me back after spending a hour on the phone. Nothing happened. So end of story after several amails and several phone calls no one wants to help me and I don't know we're to from here.

Don't Expect to get any extras Huawei Advertises.
Took out a contract from Telkom SA on Huawei P30 pro more then a year ago. The contract was for P30 and smart Huawei smart watch to the value of R5000 telkom submitted my forms to Huawei rep, but never received the smart watch. I have been to the Telkom Offices 20 times in the last year and they just point me to Huawei. I spoke to the new appointed Huawei rep and he was to resolve the problem 6 months ago still no answer. So I have paid for something but did not received as advertised and this is the same as fraud.

Great savings, exelent app
Got the app and safed over R700 in 5 days by just using the app for dining etc. It's a must for everyone.

Mochachos Somerset West, what a joke
Mochachos Somerset West is a joke. We waited 1hour and 20 minutes yesterday for our food. The people were all asking for refunds. After we received our order, it was totally the wrong order. Also the chicken was dry, no taste on the burgers. We were very disappointed as we love Mochachos. This was a very big let down and even the owner wasn't very worried when we complained to him.
