I was suspended for discovering that one of the managers Tshilidzi and Treven Gopal are tempering with the calls. There are certain calls and compains created for certain individuals. There's too much nepotism happening within the company. When one questions the operations and ethics of how they operate at 3 way, it's either the money you made will not be paid in time or if they do pay it they will pay you peanuts. Not what is based in what you have made since they only pay R20 per commission. The employees are the ones making more money on every compaigns they're dialing on. Then 3way gets R2000 or R2500 if it's an SMS compain. While they pay their call center agents 10 percent of every successful call made. It's been 3 months since I've been working for that racist company. But every month when I'm suppose to get the money I've worked for , I still have to run after them. It's so tiring. Their management positions are for certain individuals of a certain race. Their operations of the business are so f..... Up I think it's a family business that's why. Their number one Moto is do what you're told and ask no questions. Since they're also not following the POPI Act. I think it's time they got the taste of their own medicine. Anyone with a problem with deals on tap or bring me buzz here are their contacts: Treven Gopal: 0748976602: his assistant: 0760866449 and email address tshilidzi@3waymarketing.co.za When a customer wants to talk whoever is in charge they say just drop the call. What kind of a company that doesn't address or here customer complaints.
Hello Peter; I would like to say something about this company. It's call center company in Randburg at 312 Kent Street Randburg Johannesburg. Popular known as deals on tap or Bring me buzz. So this company is a call center company. So for the the past two months ever since the POPI Act has been registered with the legislature of South Africa they have been violating it many times by calling customers without any of the customer's consents. And they have been lying to customers especially with regards to the aspire account by FNB that if a certain customer earns more than R10000 FNB will offer them a free R1000 to join FNB or if by any chance the customer earns more than R20000 FNB will offer them a free R2000. My question is as concerned citizen when we have the highest unemployment rate in the world why does FNB take certain citizens of a certain salary scale to come to FNB to open a normal gold cheque account. And many customers complain that they have never received the money promised to them when they join FNB. So my worry is that the unemployment and the low earning individuals aren't welcomed at FNB. I wonder. Now here's the sad part in all of this, is that the exploiting young black South Africans who are desperate for employment after we had the pandemic and severe lockdown restrictions & regulations and many people were retrenched especially the youth of South Africa. Who are trying to make ends meet. So here's what they do none of their employees (call center agents) has a basic salary. Some have been working there from 3 years and above. I know of a call center agent who's been working there for more than 6 years without a basic salary. Aren't they're violating the employment labour act?. They also sell funeral insurance on behalf of clientele but for any individual, RSA citizens to have a clientele funeral insurance must be employed and also earn more than R6000. For something that cost R250 pm. I find it it to be very weird. Reason being, last year the corona virus came and we lost so many of our loved ones and already many customers complain that if they join it's very hard to get the nearest clientele branch or offices. While many customers have been frouded by 3Way Marketing.(Deals on tap/ bring me buzz). Some customers complain that they have been called three times a day by the same company while they're not interested. And ask to be removed from their database, but the calls still continue. Isn't that invasion of privacy?. So I ask my self why doesn't Desmond Dube states on the adverti*****ts he majority appears "you must earn more than R6000 though to qualify for a clientele funeral cover" I wander. I'm just a concerned citizen.
