Bad customer service
Am very much disappointed with multichoice as they don't wanna assist me ...I was suppose to pay them r140 and I transfered r1400 , On the 3rd till today I havent received my refund they kept on promising but ntn even now .

Bad customer service
They have poor customer service , we have been waiting for the to refund us for almost 2 months for the money we use to pay for the mortuary they sent us too haw ever they keep on promising but the don't n the person whose helping us is very rude.

Bad customer service
They are so unprofessional , I was not treated well by them wen I needed their services and the manager had a very bad attitude towards me am really hurted by them and they still don't want to refund me
