Do not Buy from them

I bought clothes from them before and was hassle free, but with my last purchased in June 2021 up until no no items to show. They will send every week a message saying that all communication is being double check as they do not want to send false information, my question is how come clothes that is in stock must wait on customs. 16th August 2021 the send another message saying same story but also with you will receive the confirmation within a couple of days, the couple of days was the 28th of August stating that we regret to inform you that we have ceased trading due to its financial position, so what happened to my item that was in stock and paid for. This is totally unacceptable as you took money and delivery fees. People should not buy from them as they will open another store with a different name. Order # 5824 was in June 2021 and its almost September, big no no from me, this is fraud.
