Vodacom unable to cancel Debit Order resulting in penalty fees of R188
I am very disappointed with the Vodacom Customer Care Department. On the 2nd of April I did contact them to request them to cancel my debit order. I even received a confirmation sms with a refence number nbsp 1-35673468557020 . Now I am contacted to be informed that my account is in arrears with R188 due to fee for unpaid debit order. I did contact them to cancel my debit order which they did not do. I have tried to contact them on 135, the first call lasted 1h35min without them answering, now if I phone after a while the call just ends. I cannot contact Vodacom and want them to refund me the fee of R188
